The location proved convenient (I could walk everywhere). The room had effective air conditioning. The beds included decent pillows, ensuring comfortable sleep. I appreciated the luxurious toiletries provided in the bathroom. They added a nice touch to my stay.
I noticed a slight delay at check-in as there was only one staff member available at the front desk.

The room included handy light switches and wall sockets by the bed, such a clever touch. the hotel had a very clean, modern feel, i must say. i found the location excellent. A shop was just around the corner. the staff were genuinely friendly and cute, lovely people!

The breakfast buffet seemed disorganized, with some stations often unattended. i noticed the coffee machine required frequent refilling, and the pastries looked stale on a couple of mornings. the room service menu also felt limited. the fitness center was small. it lacked several essential machines. There were only two treadmills available. the air conditioning system in my room made noise at night.

fantastic experience in the city
harbor viewking size bedwalk in showercoffee facilities
my wife and i stayed on the ninth floor, and we saw a nice harbor view. the room included a king size bed and comfortable pillows, and i slept well. in-room coffee and tea making facilities were available to us. the bathroom had great water pressure and a large walk in shower.
there was a slight issue with the parking, so i chose the sky city car park nearby.
